My Dental Story
The Beginning
I’m born and raised in Dubai (UAE) and completed my high school there before I moved to Seattle. I always knew that I wanted to be in the health care field due to my interest in the sciences, my mom being a medical technologist at a large hospital, and having four dentists in my extended family.
Education
I came to the US for my undergraduate education at the University of Washington and finished my bachelors in Medical Technology from UW. I continued my education at the University of Washington for an additional 4 years and got my dental degree from there.
Continuing to Learn
I actively participate in a number of prestigious study clubs in the Greater Seattle Area and take a lot of continuing education courses every year, this keeps me abreast with all the latest developments in dentistry. I truly believe that learning never ceases, and there is much to learn from my peers. I am always striving to sharpen my core knowledge and add on new skills.

As your dentist I feel like I am a very important stakeholder in your oral health. I spend a lot of time educating my patients about treatment needs, prevention, oral health and its effects on systemic health.
